At HobbyTobby, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we sell electronic RC products (drift cars and helicopters), our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in original condition

It must be returned with original packaging, box, accessories, manuals, charger, remote, etc.

No physical damage, scratches, broken parts, or water damage

Must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
RC products that have been heavily used, crashed, modified, or repaired by a third party are not eligible for return.
